Party Time’s team and our Event Holders and Customers have persevered through this crisis. We’ve taken extra safety and precaution measures to mitigate our risk to our team and to your event guests. As we begin to recover and get back to normal we ask for your patience with any extra response time needed, and look forward to serving you.
If you would like for one of our team members to wear a mask and/or social distance during your interactions, we are more than happy to accommodate! Please let us know if that would make you more comfortable.

Request an Appointment with an Event Consultant!
Our Showroom is open for in-person visits, by appointment only, from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, and with special arrangements subject to availability, from 10am to 2pm on Saturday.

If you are requesting an appointment within the next 48 hours, please call us directly to schedule to ensure we receive your request in time!
Customer Pickups and Returns
Customer pickups and returns may still be made as scheduled on Mondays-Fridays between 9AM – 5PM. To facilitate a smooth process, we have put into place the following procedures:
- Upon your arrival, please come into the showroom and provide one of our Event Consultants with the name on your order. They will verify your rental order and payment and have you sign your paperwork.
- The consultant will assign you a spot number for contactless pick up. Your rentals will be waiting for you at the back of our warehouse building with a copy of your reservation attached. If you require assistance loading your rental order, we are happy to oblige. Please ensure that all of your rentals are correct and accounted for. Do not hesitate to notify one of our team members if anything looks incorrect or is missing.
(To get to the back of the warehouse from the showroom just follow the parking lot around the corner to the right.)
- Upon returning your rentals, drive straight to the back of the warehouse and park in any open spot. You will self-unload your rentals and text the order name and spot number to our Fire Phone Number (979) 224-5642.

Pipe and Drape can be configured to block off certain areas or create separate booths and private rooms
Pipe and Drape is available in sections as small as 6ft wide and 8ft tall, up to 10ft wide and 16ft tall, and can be connected to create as long of a section as you need!
We carry a variety of draping options for economical concerns and thickness for privacy.
