Party Time’s COVID-19 Response
As we navigate the coming days and weeks, Party Time Event Holders and Customers are making difficult decisions and facing extraordinary challenges. As a company and a team, Party Time is dealing with these same uncertainties and concerns over the future.

Our Showroom is open for in-person visits, by appointment only, from 9 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday, and with special arrangements subject to availability, from 10am to 2pm on Saturday.

If you are requesting an appointment within the next 48 hours, please call us directly to schedule to ensure we receive your request in time!
Customer Pickups and Returns
Customer pickups and returns may still be made as scheduled on Mondays-Fridays between 9AM – 3PM, however we have put into place the following procedures:
- No customers will be allowed into the showroom.
- Upon your arrival, please call us at 979-696-5555, and we will check your order for accuracy, collect any remaining balances due over the phone via credit card, and provide you with any further special instructions on where to pick up your items. You do not need to come into the showroom to pick up paperwork for the time being. We will provide the paperwork directly to the warehouse when you arrive to pick up.
- Your rentals will be waiting for you at the back of our warehouse building with a copy of your reservation attached.
To get to the back of the warehouse from the showroom just follow the parking lot around the corner to the right.
- During this time, to minimize person-to-person contact, all customers will be responsible for loading and unloading their own rentals. Party Time will not provide assistance.
- Upon returning your rentals, give us a call to let us know you are here and all items can be self-unloaded back to Bay #5.

Pipe & Drape Dividers
Pipe and Drape can be configured to block off certain areas or create separate booths and private rooms
Pipe and Drape is available in sections as small as 6ft wide and 8ft tall, up to 10ft wide and 16ft tall, and can be connected to create as long of a section as you need!
We carry a variety of draping options for economical concerns and thickness for privacy.
And we carry many other products that may help make things a little easier for you and your business from easels, rope and stanchion for queuing, and more!
