Party Time’s COVID-19 Response
As we navigate the coming days and weeks, Party Time Event Holders and Customers are making difficult decisions and facing extraordinary challenges. As a company and a team, Party Time is dealing with these same uncertainties and concerns over the future.
We thank you for your support and understanding.
This crisis of health and of confidence has touched us all. We are all in this together, and together, we will overcome. Stay safe and be well – and keep your families likewise.

Hours of Operations and Closures:
Effective Friday, March 20th 2020, due to COVID-19 related concerns, our showrooms will be closed to the public, and we will be entirely closed on Saturdays.
From 9AM-3PM daily, our Showroom will be staffed, our phones answered, and your emails addressed.
We are delighted to answer your questions, conduct virtual “Zoom” tours and assist with your Summer, Fall and 2021 rental needs during this time.
Customer Pickups and Returns:
Customer pickups and returns may still be made as scheduled on Mondays-Fridays between 9AM – 3PM, however we have put into place the following procedures:
- No customers will be allowed into the showroom.
- Upon your arrival, please call us at 979-696-5555, and we will check your order for accuracy, collect any remaining balances due over the phone via credit card, and provide you with any further special instructions on where to pick up your items. You do not need to come into the showroom to pick up paperwork for the time being. We will provide the paperwork directly to the warehouse when you arrive to pick up.
- When you pull up to the warehouse please lower your vehicle window, and wait for further instructions. We ask that you remain inside your vehicle until a Party Time Team Member provides guidance.
- During this time, to minimize person-to-person contact, all customers will be responsible for loading and unloading their own rentals. Party Time will not provide assistance.
