HOW WE WORK
Thanks for visiting our site and considering Party Time Rentals, College Station, Texas as your rental provider. We’ve created this virtual showroom for your convenience and information. We hope that you find it helpful and easy to use. You’re able to view your rental options here and explore rental alternatives that fit your style and work within your budget. By clicking on the items that interest you, you can view item-by-item pricing.
What you can’t do on this site is place a rental order. Any day, any time, you can view our rental products and services on this site, but placing an order takes a phone call, an email, a virtual interaction or a visit to a showroom visit where a friendly, helpful Party Time Event Rental Professional can assist.
To price your rental selections, create your customized wish list. Simply click the page on which your rental item appears, and add your selection to a virtual cart. When your custom wish list is complete, you’ll be asked to complete a contact form. The information you provide is internal to Party Time and is used only to assist you in meeting your rental needs. Your wish list is received by a Party Time event rental consultant, and a formal quote is prepared for your review. Please note, if you need immediate rental assistance, please phone the showroom and place your order directly. And remember, a wish list is NOT a Rental Order.
Our phones are answered during store hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We’ll generally respond to your email “Contact Us” on the same or the very next business day. Members of the Party Time team are happy to prepare a quote for the items in which you have an interest. GROWTH
For more than 45 years, Party Time has been meeting the event rental needs of the Brazos Valley and neighboring communities. From a small neighborhood operation sharing space with a tool-rental brother, Party Time has become the largest, most experienced, and best equipped local event rental company by far! Party Time’s diverse selection of quality event rental products is available at every point along the budgetary spectrum. You can count on Party Time for outstanding service delivered by caring professionals committed to your satisfaction.
In 2016, we lost our founder, Patricia Scarmardo, to brain cancer. Patricia was a fighter and a scrapper to the very end. It was she who nurtured and grew Party Time over so many years. We commend her spirit and are grateful for her leadership over the decades.
With her passing, Party Time was acquired by another strong female leader in our industry, Delores Crum. Delores and the Crum family enjoy a statewide reputation and have received national recognition for their events industry work, support and involvement. Delores, along with her husband Richard, and ‘children’, Rick Crum and Angela Nussel (rental superstars in their own right), also own and operate Premiere Events, an Austin-based rental provider serving Central Texas and beyond. Ever Forward – Ever Upward, that’s our motto. Growth is programmed into our DNA. As you’ll learn from Premiere’s growth story, our expansion strategy slowed a bit when COVID hit, but we’re not done yet! WHERE WE WORK
Party Time Rentals is one of Texas’ largest tent and event rental companies serving the cities within the Waco-Austin-Houston triangle. Located in Bryan/College Station, home of The 12th Man. We also serve Huntsville, Navasota, Plantersville, Giddings, Round Top, Brenham, Prairie View, Waller, Hempstead, and Madisonville. We work with surrounding communities of Caldwell, Montgomery, Conroe and the Woodlands, to name a few. Both Premiere and Party Time will travel virtually anywhere within the state. We have executed amazing events in such “far-away places” as Laredo, Rockport, Corpus Christi, Presidio, Hunt, Dallas, Carrollton, Raymondville and Magnolia.
Our sister company, Premiere Events, has 2 Austin locations (South Austin and North Austin). Premiere serves Austin and the Texas Hill Country (from Fredericksburg to Marble Falls to Wimberley and more), as well as Bastrop, Smithville, La Grange, Lulling, Lockhart, San Marcos, New Braunfels, San Antonio and all points in between.

Party Time also has access to award-winning creative minds (throughout the state and across the nation) who can tap into your vision (or your Pinterest board) and help create a unique event experience.
You can always find basic folding tables and utility chairs at Party Time. But there’s so much more! Use elegant Chiavari chairs, sleek and stylish ghost chairs, classic garden chairs and scores of other chair options to make a sophisticated event statement. Make your event truly memorable with Party Time’s stunning linens and impressive table-top (dishware, glassware, and flatware) offerings. Our table-top selection includes the latest styles, colors, and patterns – – – all designed to wow your guests. Party Time also has tents galore . . . beat the heat for shade in Spring and Summer and provide shelter in winter and fall . . . for every group, no matter how large or small. We can help create every tented environment from simply comfortable to stunningly sophisticated. We have catering and food service support products from portable bars to chafers . . . stoves and ovens to fryers and grills. Party Time has pipe and drape, concession support (popcorn, cotton candy and snow cone machines), climate control and exciting event elements. Our furniture offerings, relatively new to our inventory, are growing as well.
