Fabric tent liners and leg drapes create a finished and elegant look for your event. Liners and leg drapes conceal the tent's top and top frame excluding cross bars.

Tent liners are only available on frame tents.

Large Age Brass Chandelier

For an elegant look, rent our large aged-satin brass finish chandelier. It is 42.5 inches wide by 37 inches high.

For more intimate events, Party Time Rentals offers a cut-crystal chandelier perfect for a 20' x 20' or 30' x 30' tent. Pricing

Over the Counter Tents

These light weight canopies are great for tailgate parties, birthday parties, barbeques and other small events.

Customers can pick up and set up our over-the-counter tents for economical prices. Sizes range from 10'x10', 12'x12' and 16'x16' frame tents to 20'x20' pole tents. Contact us for pricing, available colors and availability, 979-696-5555 or email.

Allow 5-6 square feet per person for cathedral seating or standup.

Dance Floors
Party Time Rentals offers three versions of wood dance flooring: one for outdoor use, the second for indoor use and a third for both indoor and outdoor use.

Allow two to three square feet per person when calculating the size of dance floor needed.

Platforms & Staging

Platforms and staging are rented in 4' x 4' sections with your choice of 18" or 30" heights. Reserve white or black skirting to create a finished look. (See the second photo in the left sidebar to view the stage with white skirting.)

Cooling & Heating

Cooling

Evaporative coolers can lower the temperature 10 degrees or more depending on several factors including wind (tent with closed sidewalls verses an open tent), the humidity, etc.

Our coolers are available in two sizes: a smaller two-speed cooler and a three-speed 48" Port A Cool fan.

Both evaporative coolers require electrical and water sources.

12" tent fans mount up out of the way and do not use floor space.

Get the air circulating by renting a 36" or a 42" barrel fan.

Our event specialists can assist you in selecting the right size fan or evaporative cooler for your event.

Heating

170 BTU heaters (LB White heaters) provide quiet, dependable heating and air circulation for any tented event. This type heater heats up to 1500 square feet.

Heaters are rented with a propane tank.

Frame Tents

Creating Your Special Event

A frame tent has a metal frame supporting the tent top. There are no interior poles, only perimeter poles. Additionally, a frame tent can be placed next to another frame tent to create distinct areas for entrances, storage, bartending and buffet setups. A frame tent can be set up on concrete, asphalt, soil or grass. Our frame tents are available in sizes from 10' x 10' to 40' x 100'.

Trac Tents

To Impress Your Guests

A trac tent, our premiere tent, has a metal frame and no center poles. The tent top is constructed using panels fitted into channeled beams for a smooth, sleek look. A frame tent uses a one piece top pulled over the frame. A pole top is held up by poles. As with frame tents, trac tents can be placed next to another trac tent to create other use areas, such as the entrance shown above.

Pole Tents

Raising the Roof...

A pole tent has interior poles supporting the tent top and perimeter poles. It must be staked into concrete, asphalt, soil or grass. Our pole tents are available in 20' x 20' up to 60' x 240' sizes.
