Rental Policy

Reservations

A 50% payment of your rental is required at the time of your reservation. Rental price is the daily/weekend rate. Cancellation Fee is 50% of the rental price on any item that is cancelled within two weeks of the pick up/delivery date. No refund is given on any items cancelled within 48 hours prior to delivery or customer pick up.

Delivery

Must be arranged in advanced for a nominal fee. Regular deliveries are between 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, and 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Saturday. 

All deliveries are made to a dock, door, or garage that is immediately accessible to our trucks. Rates quoted are for ground floor delivery.

Set Up and Take Down/After Hours Service

Set up and take down or after hours service is available if arranged in advance with our sales staff. Please call for pricing.

Care of Equipment

All china, silver, utensils, etc. should be rinsed free of food and repacked in the same containers as received. Linens should be dried and not store in plastic bags. Tables and chairs should be folded, stacked (ready for pick up) and placed in one location. Equipment must be protected from the weather. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional charges.



Responsibility

Rented items are the responsibility of the customer from time of possession to time of return. We ask that you count your items upon taking possession to verify that quantities are correct. Additional charges will be incurred for all damaged or missing equipment.



Damage waiver is a non-refundable charge added to the rental contract. It covers accidental damage from normal usage, and it does not cover loss or negligence.
